Dubai Residential Property Price Indices: Sales Price Indices
Residential property prices in Dubai housing market performed well in August 2013. The Dubai Residential Property Sales Index for all residential increased by 4.8 points, from 220.4 to 225.2, which represents an increase of 2.17% mom. On the other hand, prices increased 17.9% yoy.

Apartment sales prices registered an increase in August 2013. Prices increased 2.26% mom and 20.0% yoy.

Villa sales prices registered an increase on a mom basis in August 2013. Prices increased 1.85% mom and 11.0% yoy.

Dubai Residential Property Price Indices: Rental Price Indices
Residential property prices in Dubai rental market increased by 1.40 points, from 83.90 to 85.30, which represents an increase of 1.73% mom in August 2013. On the other hand, rental prices increase 14.9% yoy.

Apartment rental prices show an increase on a mom basis in August 2013. Prices increased 2.01% mom and 15.2% yoy.

Villa rental prices registered an increase in August 2013. Prices increased 0.48% mom and 13.6% yoy.

Abu Dhabi Residential Property Price Indices: Sales Price Indices
The Abu Dhabi Residential Property Price Index for all residential increased by 1.10 points, from 71.50 to 72.60, which represents an increase of 1.62% mom in August 2013. On the other hand, prices increased 14.10% yoy.

Apartment sales prices registered an increase in August 2013. Prices increased 1.43% mom and 15.5% yoy.

Villa sales prices registered an increase in August 2013. Prices increased 1.82% mom and 12.90% yoy.

Abu Dhabi Residential Property Price Indices: Rental Price Indices
Residential property prices in Abu Dhabi rental market increased by 0.50 points, from 61.96 to 61.98, which represents an increase of  0.04% mom in August 2013. On the other hand, prices increased  1.90% yoy.

Apartment rental prices decreased 0.07% in August 2013 compared to July 2013 but increased 5.7% compared to August 2012.

Villa rental prices increased 0.14% in August 2013 compared to July 2013 and also increased 2.1% compared to August 2012.
