Dubai Residential Property Price Indices: Sales Price Indices
The Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index for all residential decreased by 1.8 points, from 296.5 to 294.7, which represents a decrease of 0.60% in August 2014. On the other hand, prices increased 30.9% y-o-y.

Apartment sales prices registered a decrease in August 2014. Prices decreased 0.64% m-o-m but increased 33.7% y-o-y.

Villa sales prices registered a decrease in August 2014. Prices decreased 0.43% m-o-m but increased 20.2% y-o-y.


Dubai Residential Property Price Indices: Rental Price Indices

Residential property prices in Dubai rental market increased by 1.0 points, from 102.7 to 103.7, which represents an increase of 1.00% in August 2014. On the other hand, rental prices increase 21.6% y-o-y.

Apartment rental prices show an increase on a m-o-m basis in August 2014. Prices increased 1.19% m-o-m and 24.1% y-o-y.

Villa rental prices registered an increase in August 2014. Prices increased 0.03% m-o-m and 9.4% y-o-y.

Abu Dhabi Residential Property Price Indices: Sales Price Indices
The Abu Dhabi Residential Property Price Index for all residential increased by 0.7 points, from 84.2 to 84.9, which represents an increase of 0.81% in August 2014. On the other hand, prices increased 16.9% y-o-y.

Apartment sales prices registered a decrease in August 2014. Prices decreased 0.47% m-o-m but increased 14.8% y-o-y.

Villa sales prices registered an increase in August 2014. Prices increased 1.05% m-o-m and 13.7% y-o-y.

Abu Dhabi Residential Property Price Indices: Rental Price Indices
Residential property prices in Abu Dhabi rental market increased by 0.2 points, from 65.4 to 65.6, which represents an increase of 0.31% in August 2014. On the other hand, prices increased 5.8% y-o-y.

Apartment rental prices increased 0.09% in August 2014 compared to July 2014 and increased 2.8% compared to August 2013.

Villa rental prices increased 0.49% in August 2014 compared to July 2014 and increased 7.2% compared to August 2013.
