Dubai Residential Property Price Indices: Sales Price Indices
Residential property prices in Dubai housing market performed well in February 2012. The Dubai Residential Property Sales Index for all residential increased by 1.8 points, from 169.0 to 170.8, which represents an increase of 1.05% mom.

Apartment sales prices continued to show relatively low nominal growth on a mom basis. Prices increased 0.61%  mom but decreased 0.90% yoy.

Villa sales prices registered an increase in February 2012. Prices increased 1.54%  mom and 16.49% yoy.

Dubai Residential Property Price Indices: Rent Price Indices
Residential property prices in Dubai rental market increased by 0.95 points, from 73.58 to 74.53, which represents an increase of 1.30% mom.

Apartment rental prices also continued to show relatively low nominal growth on a mom basis. Prices increased 0.46%  mom and 9.91% yoy.

Villa rental prices registered an increase in February 2012. Prices increased 1.38%  mom and 13.19% yoy.

Abu Dhabi Residential Property Price Indices: Sales Price Indices
The Abu Dhabi Residential Property Price Index for all residential decreased by 0.32 points, from 67.51 to 67.19, which represents a decrease of 0.49% mom.

Apartment sales prices decreased 1.04% in February 2012 compared to January 2012 and decreased 9.00% compared to February 2011.

Villa sales prices registered an increase in February 2012. Prices increased 0.19%  mom and 0.46% yoy.
