Dubai Residential Property Price Indices: Sales Price Indices
Residential property prices in Dubai housing market performed well in January 2014. The Dubai Residential Property Sales Index for all residential increased by 6.4 points, from 251.8 to 258.2, which represents an increase of 2.55% mom. On the other hand, prices increased 26.79% yoy.

Apartment sales prices registered an increase in January 2014. Prices increased 3.33% mom and 29.70% yoy.

Villa sales prices registered a decrease on a mom basis in January 2014. Prices decreased 0.40% mom but increased 16.38% yoy.

Dubai Residential Property Price Indices: Rental Price Indices
Residential property prices in Dubai rental market increased by 1.90 points, from 91.90 to 93.80, which represents an increase of 2.12% mom in January 2014. On the other hand, rental prices increase 20.32% yoy.

Apartment rental prices show an increase on a mom basis in January 2014. Prices increased 2.35% mom and 22.56% yoy.

Villa rental prices registered an increase in January 2014. Prices increased 1.02% mom and 10.82% yoy.


Abu Dhabi Residential Property Price Indices: Sales Price Indices
The Abu Dhabi Residential Property Price Index for all residential increased by 1.70 points, from 78.00 to 79.70, which represents an increase of 2.13% mom in January 2014. On the other hand, prices increased 21.51% yoy.

Apartment sales prices registered an increase in January 2014. Prices increased 2.22% mom and 22.52% yoy.

Villa sales prices registered an increase in January 2014. Prices increased 2.08% mom but increased 18.08% yoy.

Abu Dhabi Residential Property Price Indices: Rental Price Indices
Residential property prices in Abu Dhabi rental market increased by 0.50 points, from 62.90 to 63.40, which represents an increase of  0.72% mom in January 2014. On the other hand, prices increased  3.73% yoy.

Apartment rental prices increased 0.53% in January 2014 compared to December 2013 and increased 7.51% compared to January 2013.

Villa rental prices increased 1.11% in January 2014 compared to December 2013 and increased 5.63% compared to January 2013.
