Dubai Residential Property Price Indices: Sales Price Indices
Residential property prices in Dubai housing market performed still well in March 2014. The Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index for all residential increased by 9.5 points, from 267.8 to 277.3, which represents an increase of 3.57% in March 2014. On the other hand, prices increased 34.00% y-o-y.

Apartment sales prices registered an increase in March 2014. Prices increased 4.12% m-o-m and 37.54% y-o-y.

Villa sales prices registered an increase on a mom basis in March 2014.  Prices increased 1.36% m-o-m and 21.15% y-o-y.

Dubai Residential Property Price Indices: Rental Price Indices
Residential property prices in Dubai rental market increased by 1.80 points, from 96.70 to 98.50, which represents an increase of 1.93% in March 2014. On the other hand, rental prices increase 25.35% y-o-y.

Apartment rental prices show an increase on a mom basis in March 2014. Prices increased 2.16% m-o-m and 28.16% y-o-y.

Villa rental prices registered an increase in March 2014. Prices increased 0.78% m-o-m and 12.80% y-o-y.


Abu Dhabi Residential Property Price Indices: Sales Price Indices
The Abu Dhabi Residential Property Price Index for all residential increased by 0.40 points, from 82.20 to 82.60, which represents an increase of 0.43% in March 2014. On the other hand, prices increased 22.17% y-o-y.

Apartment sales prices registered an increase in March 2014. Prices increased 1.04% m-o-m and 25.00% y-o-y.

Villa sales prices registered an decrease in March 2014. Prices decreased 0.17% m-o-m but increased 15.98% y-o-y.

Abu Dhabi Residential Property Price Indices: Rental Price Indices
Residential property prices in Abu Dhabi rental market decreased by 0.40 points, from 64.90 to 64.50, which represents a decrease of 0.52% in March 2014. On the other hand, prices increased  4.20% y-o-y.

Apartment rental prices decreased 1.83% in March 2014 compared to February 2014 but increased 3.46% compared to March 2013.

Villa rental prices increased 0.65% in March 2014 compared to February 2014 but increased 7.21% compared to March 2013.
