Dubai Residential Property Price Indices: Sales Price Indices
Residential property prices in Dubai housing market performed well in November 2012. The Dubai Residential Property Sales Index for all residential increased by 4.2 points, from 192.2 to 196.4, which represents an increase of 2.19% mom. On the other hand, prices increased 18.9% yoy.

Apartment sales prices registered an increase in November 2012. Prices increased 2.21% mom and 11.6% yoy.

Villa sales prices show relatively high nominal growth on a mom basis in November 2012. Prices increased 2.06% mom and 23.7% yoy.


Dubai Residential Property Price Indices: Rental Price Indices
Residential property prices in Dubai rental market decreased by 1.18 points, from 76.78 to 77.96, which represents an increase of 1.5% mom in November 2012. On the other hand, rental prices increase 7.2% yoy.

Apartment rental prices show an increase on a mom basis in November 2012. Prices increased 1.5% mom and 6.6% yoy.

Villa rental prices registered an increase in November 2012. Prices increased 1.6% mom and 6.2% yoy.



Abu Dhabi Residential Property Price Indices: Sales Price Indices
The Abu Dhabi Residential Property Price Index for all residential increased by 0.48 points, from 63.43 to 63.91, which represents an increase of 0.8% mom in November 2012. On the other hand, prices decreased 6.5% yoy.

Apartment sales prices increased 1.0% in November 2012 compared to October 2012 and decreased 10.7% compared to November 2011.

Villa sales prices registered an increase in November 2012. Prices increased 0.6%  mom but  decreased 1.8% yoy.

Abu Dhabi Residential Property Price Indices: Rental Price Indices
Residential property prices in Abu Dhabi rental market decreased by 0.15 points, from 60.52 to 60.37, which represents a decrease of  0.25% mom in November 2012. On the other hand, prices decreased  6.2% yoy.

Apartment rental prices increased 0.7% in November 2012 compared to October 2012 but remained constant compared to November 2011.

Villa rental prices registered a decrease in November 2012. Prices decreased 0.8%  mom and 8.8% yoy.
