REIDIN.com Turkey Real Estate Indices: March 2012 Results

– The residential sales prices for existing homes increased 0.95% in Turkey overall, 1.06% in Adana, 0.75% in Ankara, 0.49% in Antalya, 1.18% in Istanbul, 0.85% in Izmir and 0.33% in Kocaeli; on the other on the other hand prices were constant in Bursa during March 2012.

– The residential rent prices for existing homes increased 0.85% in Turkey overall, 0.30% in Adana, 0.68% in Ankara, 0.92% in Antalya, 0.22% in Bursa, 1.06% in Istanbul and 0.94% in Izmir; on the other on the other hand prices were constant in Kocaeli during March 2012.

– According to the results of REIDIN.com-GYODER New Home Price Index with the support of Garanti, in March 2012 there is 1.28% increase with respect to the previous month; and in compliance with March 2011 there is 11.62% increase.

– According to March 2012 results of REIDIN.com-GYODER New Home Price Index, “Trademarked Projects” in Istanbul European side shows 1.38% increase and 0.69% increase in Asian side.

– According to March 2012 results, REIDIN.com-GYODER New Home Price Index shows the increase of 0.85% in 1+1 flat type; increase of 1.23% in 2+1 flat type; increase of 1.29% in 3+1 flat type and increase of 1.34% in 4+1 flat type with respect to the previous month.

– According to March 2012 results, REIDIN.com-GYODER New Home Price Index reveals that there is 1.03% increase in 51-75sqm size; 1.32% increase in 76-100sqm; 1.00% increase in 101-125sqm size; 1.21% increase in 126-150sqm and 1.14% increase in 151sqm and bigger sized properties with respect to the previous month.
