REIDIN.com Turkey Residential Property Price Indices: October 2013 Results

The residential sales prices for existing homes increased 1.30% in Turkey overall, 0.73% in Adana, 0.98% in Ankara, 1.76% in Istanbul, 0.75% in Izmir and 0.50% in Kocaeli during October 2013. On the other hand, sales prices remained constant in Bursa and decreased 0.29% in Antalya.


The residential rental prices for existing homes increased 1.28% in Turkey overall, 1.26% in Adana, 0.95% in Ankara, 1.74% in Istanbul and 0.91% in Izmir during October 2013. On the other hand, rental prices decreased 0.97% in Antalya, 0.40% in Bursa and 0.20% in Kocaeli.




REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index: October 2013 Results
According to October 2013 results, REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index shows the increase of 1.83% in 1+1 flat type; increase of 0.89% in 2+1 flat type; increase of 0.93% in 3+1 flat type and increase of 0.38% in 4+1 flat type with respect to the previous month.

According to October 2013 results, REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index reveals that there is 1.74% increase in 51-75sqm size; 1.23% increase in 76-100sqm; 1.40% increase in 101-125sqm size; 0.65% increase in 126-150sqm and 0.15% increase in 151sqm and bigger sized properties with respect to the previous month.

According to the results of REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index, in October 2013 there is 1.06% increase with respect to the previous month and in compliance with October 2012 there is 14.18% increase.


According to October 2013 results of REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index, “Branded Projects” in Istanbul European side shows 0.35% increase and 1.28% increase in Asian side.
