REIDIN Turkey Residential Property Price Indices: March 2016 Results

The residential sales price index, supported by İŞBANK, for existing homes increased 1.92% in TR-7 cities, increased 1.96% in TR-30 cities and increased 1.94% in TR-32 cities during March 2016.

The residential rental price index, supported by İŞBANK, for existing homes increased 1.75% in TR-7 cities, increased 1.56% in TR-30 cities and increased 0.78% in TR-32 cities during March 2016.

REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index: March 2016 Results

According to the results of REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index, supported by İŞBANK, in March 2016 there is 0.65% increase with respect to the previous month and in compliance with March 2015 there is 8.50% increase.

According to the results of REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index, supported by İŞBANK, in March 2016 “Branded Projects” in Istanbul Asian side shows 0.24% increase and 0.74% increase in European side.

According to the results of REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index, supported by İŞBANK, in March 2016 there is an increase of 0.42% in 1+1 flat type; increase of 0.57% in 2+1 flat type; increase of 0.71% in 3+1 flat type and increase of 0.07% in 4+1 flat type with respect to the previous month.

According to the results of REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index, supported by İŞBANK, in March 2016 there is 0.37% increase in 51-75sqm size; 0.67% increase in 76-100sqm; 0.68% increase in 101-125sqm size; 0.54% increase in 126-150sqm and 0.13% increase in 151sqm and bigger sized properties with respect to the previous month.
