United Arab Emirates Residential Property Price Indices: January 2019 Results Edition: 122

The Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index for all residential decreased by 2.3 points, from 228.5 to 226.2, which represents a decrease of 0.98% in January 2019. Prices also decreased 9.36% y- o-y.

The Dubai Residential Property Rental Price Index for all residential decreased by 0.7 points, from 79.4 to 78.7, which represents a decrease of 0.88% in January 2019. Prices also decreased 10.83% y- o-y.

The Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index for all residential decreased by 1.1 points, from 85.5 to 84.4, which represents a decrease of 1.29% in January 2019. On the other hand, prices decreased 7.60% y-o-y.

Abu Dhabi Residential Property Price Indices: Rental Price Indices

The Abu Dhabi Residential Property Rental Price Index for all residential decreased by 0.8 points, from 80.2 to 79.4, which represents a decrease of 1.02% in January 2019. Prices also decreased 9.67% y-o-y.

Ajman apartment sales prices registered an increase in January 2019. Prices increased 1.97% m-o-m but decreased 6.23% y-o-y.

Ras Al Khaimah apartment sales prices registered a decrease in January 2019. Prices decreased 2.09% and also decreased 7.73% y-o-y.

Sharjah apartment sales prices registered a decrease in January 2019. Prices decreased 1.91% m-o-m and also decreased 4.83% y-o-y.

Ajman apartment rent prices registered a decrease in January 2019. Prices decreased 1.71% m-o-m and also decreased 15.54% y-o-y.

Ras Al Khaimah apartment rent prices registered a decrease in January 2019. Prices decreased 0.28% m-o-m and also decreased 8.72% y-o-y.

Sharjah apartment rent prices registered a decrease in January 2019. Prices decreased 1.72% m-o-m and also decreased 10.99% y-o-y.
