Dubai Residential Property Price Indices: Sales Price Indices
The Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index for all residential increased by 0.9 points, from 260.1 to 261.0, which represents an increase of 0.33% in June 2016. On the other hand, prices decreased 3.8% y-o-y.
Apartment sales prices registered an increase in June 2016. Prices increased 0.38% m-o-m but decreased 3.8% y-o-y.
Villa sales prices registered an increase in June 2016. Prices increased 0.12% m-o-m but decreased 4.2% y-o-y.
Dubai Residential Property Price Indices: Rental Price Indices
Residential property prices in Dubai rental market decreased by 0.5 points, from 99.0 to 98.5, which represents a decrease of 0.53% in June 2016. On the other hand, prices decreased 3.6% y-o-y.
Apartment rental prices registered a decrease in June 2016. Prices decreased 0.51% m-o-m and also decreased 3.2% y-o-y.
Villa rental prices registered a decrease in June 2016. Prices decreased 0.65% m-o-m and also decreased 5.8% y-o-y.
Abu Dhabi Residential Property Price Indices: Sales Price Indices
The Abu Dhabi Residential Property Price Index for all residential decreased by 0.01 points, from 82.89 to 82.88, which represents a decrease of 0.01% in June 2016. On the other hand, prices increased 1.1% y-o-y.
Apartment sales prices registered a decrease in June 2016. Prices decreased 0.05% m-o-m and also decreased 0.4% y-o-y.
Villa sales prices registered an increase in June 2016. Prices increased 0.10% m-o-m and also increased 2.3% y-o-y.
Abu Dhabi Residential Property Price Indices: Rental Price Indices
Residential property prices in Abu Dhabi rental market decreased by 0.4 points, from 66.3 to 65.9, which represents a decrease of 0.59% in June 2016. On the other hand, prices decreased 1.1% y-o-y.
Apartment rental prices registered a decrease in June 2016. Prices decreased 0.80% m-o-m and also decreased 2.4% y-o-y.
Villa rental prices registered an increase in June 2016. Prices increased 0.04% m-o-m and also increased 1.4% y-o-y.
