As you have noticed we have been working on couple of new things on REIDIN – starting w/ the NEW HOME PAGE and NEW REIDIN PRODUCT PAGE (old REBIS).

Along with the new design we are thinking of couple of IMPROVEMENTS that will help us solve our clients problems more timely and accurately.
It’s good to remind REIDIN.com’s vision here that is “Delivering transparency to Real Estate Markets in Emerging Countries”. This is good BUT transparency for who?
So far it’s been a B2B model for us – and this will be our core on going – but also we are considering improving our model to better suit the needs of Professionals (agents, valuers, etc. ) along with individuals (investors, tenants, landlords, etc.) which most of the time these groups overlap.
Our aim is to turn new REIDIN.com to become a more INTERNET company where even sales is driven by technology. This is more than just creating an online system. To achieve this we need to :
– Improve and perfect our DATA
– Deliver SUPERIOR Service that our clients never stop talking about us
– Improve our products – fast, reliable and user friendly products
There are two major projects standing in front of us this month August 2011:
– New REIDIN Portal
– Footfall (Turkcell) Project
