REIDIN.com Turkey Residential Property Price Indices: April 2014 Results

The residential sales prices for existing homes increased 1.40% in Turkey overall, 1.29% in Adana, 1.02% in Ankara, 0.38% in Antalya, 0.46% in Bursa, 1.88% in Istanbul, 0.65% in Izmir and 0.68% in Kocaeli during April 2014.

The residential rental prices for existing homes increased 1.48% in Turkey overall, 1.42% in Adana, 1.66% in Ankara, 0.98% in Antalya, 1.97% in Bursa, 1.52% in Istanbul, 1.19% in Izmir and 1.18% in Kocaeli during April 2014.

REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index: April 2014 Results
According to April 2014 results, REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index shows the increase of 0.75% in 1+1 flat type; increase of 1.61% in 2+1 flat type; increase of 1.03% in 3+1 flat type and increase of 0.81% in 4+1 flat type with respect to the previous month.

According to April 2014 results, REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index reveals that there is 0.56% increase in 51-75sqm size; 0.83% increase in 76-100sqm; 1.54% increase in 101-125sqm size; 0.96% increase in 126-150sqm and 0.88% increase in 151sqm and bigger sized properties with respect to the previous month.

According to the results of REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index, in April 2014 there is 1.03% increase with respect to the previous month and in compliance with April 2013 there is 13.80% increase.

According to April 2014 results of REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index, “Branded Projects” in Istanbul European side shows 1.37% increase and 0.58% increase in Asian side.
