REIDIN Turkey Residential Property Price Indices: December 2014 Results

The residential sales prices for existing homes increased 1.08% in Turkey overall, 1.58% in Adana, 1.18% in Ankara, 0.51% in Antalya, 0.61% in Bursa, 1.18% in Istanbul, 0.85% in Izmir and 1.08% in Kocaeli during December 2014.

The residential rental prices for existing homes increased 0.60% in Turkey overall, 0.34% in Antalya, 1.16% in Istanbul, 0.13% in Izmir and 0.54% in Kocaeli; rental prices remained constant in Bursa; decreased 1.27% in Adana and 0.17% in Ankara during December 2014.

REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index: December 2014 Results

According to the results of REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index, in December 2014 there is 0.26% increase with respect to the previous month and in compliance with December 2013 there is 5.61% increase.

According to December 2014 results of REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index, “Branded Projects” in Istanbul European side shows 0.31% increase and 0.17% increase in Asian side.
