The residential sales prices for existing homes increased 0.78% in Turkey overall, 1.07% in Adana, 0.54% in Ankara, 1.11% in Antalya, 0.98% in Istanbul, 1.03% in Izmir; on the other hand prices decreased 0.22% in Bursa and 0.44% in Kocaeli during February 2012.

The residential rent prices for existing homes increased 0.86% in Turkey overall, 0.91% in Adana and Ankara, 1.41% in Antalya, 0.43% in Bursa, 0.80% in Istanbul, 0.95% in Izmir and 0.22% in Kocaeli during February 2012.

REIDIN – GYODER New Home Price Index: February 2012 Results
According to the results of REIDIN.com-GYODER New Home Price Index with the support of Garanti, in February 2012 there is 0.60% increase with respect to the previous month; and in compliance with February 2011 there is 10.42% increase.

According to February 2012 results of REIDIN.com-GYODER New Home Price Index, “Trademarked Projects” in Istanbul European side shows 0.82% increase and 0.38% increase in Asian side.

According to February 2012 results, REIDIN.com-GYODER New Home Price Index shows the increase of 0.60% in 1+1 flat type; increase of 1.02% in 2+1 flat type; increase of 1.08% in 3+1 flat type and increase of 0.35% in 4+1 flat type with respect to the previous month.

According to February 2012 results, REIDIN.com-GYODER New Home Price Index reveals that there is 0.95% increase in 51-75sqm size; 1.07% increase in 76-100sqm; 1.27% increase in 101-125sqm size; 0.17% increase in 126-150sqm and 0.35% decrease in 151sqm and bigger sized properties with respect to the previous month.
