REIDIN.com Turkey Residential Property Price Indices: July 2014 Results

The residential sales prices for existing homes increased 1.41% in Turkey overall, 1.34% in Adana, 0.90% in Ankara, 0.46% in Antalya, 0.45% in Bursa, 1.80% in Istanbul, 0.77% in Izmir and 0.57% in Kocaeli during July 2014.

The residential rental prices for existing homes increased 1.17% in Turkey overall, 0.90% in Adana, 1.23% in Ankara, 1.69% in Antalya, 0.38% in Bursa, 1.26% in Istanbul, 0.85% in Izmir and 0.75% in Kocaeli during July 2014.

REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index: July 2014 Results
According to July 2014 results, REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index shows constant in 1+1 flat type; increase of 1.04% in 2+1 flat type; increase of 0.74% in 3+1 flat type and increase of 0.07% in 4+1 flat type with respect to the previous month.

According to July 2014 results, REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index reveals that there is 0.07% increase in 51-75sqm size; 0.14% increase in 76-100sqm; 1.04% increase in 101-125sqm size; 0.88% increase in 126-150sqm and 0.07% increase in 151sqm and bigger sized properties with respect to the previous month.

According to the results of REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index, in July 2014 there is 0.74% increase with respect to the previous month and in compliance with July 2013 there is 10.79% increase.

According to July 2014 results of REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index, “Branded Projects” in Istanbul European side shows 0.87% increase and 0.82% increase in Asian side.
