REIDIN Turkey Residential Property Price Indices: July 2017 Results

“Made a statement about the real estate indices prepared by REIDIN and The Association of Real Estate and Real Estate Investment Companies (GYODER). Mr. Haki said “By the end of of June 2017, Isbank raised its mortgage loan volume to 19,5 billion with an increase of 10,5%, compared to the year-end and with it’s %11,6 market share Isbank continues to be one of the major players in the sector. İsbank continues to its investments in this sector by providing a wide variety of mortgage options to all users regardless of being an İsbank customer or not; and presents an end to end digital experience, from application to lending process to all users’ experience via “Anında İşlem” service.
According to the results of REIDIN TURKEY RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY PRICE INDICES, supported by İŞBANK, the residential sales prices registered an increase in TR-68 cities during July 2017. Prices increased 0.74% m-o-m and also increased 10.42% y-o-y.
The residential rent prices registered an increase in TR-68 cities during July 2017. Prices increased 0.73% m-o-m and also increased 3.87% y-o-y.
