REIDIN Turkey Real Estate Indices: October 2015 Results

The residential sales prices for existing homes increased 2.78% in TR-7 cities, increased 2.42% in TR-30 cities and increased 1.70% in TR-32 cities during October 2015.

The residential rental prices for existing homes increased 2.71% in TR-7 cities, increased 2.26% in TR-30 cities and increased 1.22% in TR-32 cities during October 2015.

REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index: October 2015 Results

According to the results of REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index, in October 2015 there is 0.73% increase with respect to the previous month and in compliance with October 2014 there is 7.72% increase.

According to October 2015 results of REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index, “Branded Projects” in Istanbul European side shows 0.31% increase and 1.00% increase in Asian side.

According to October 2015 results, REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index remains increase of 1.37% in 1+1 flat type; increase of 0.77% in 2+1 flat type; decrease of 0.24% in 3+1 flat type and increase of 0.88% in 4+1 flat type with respect to the previous month.

According to October 2015 results, REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index reveals that there is 0.82% increase in 51-75sqm size; 0.44% increase in 76-100sqm; 0.82% increase in 101-125sqm size; 0.55% decrease in 126-150sqm and 0.61% increase in 151sqm and bigger sized properties with respect to the previous month.
