Dubai Residential Property Price Indices: Sales Price Indices

Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index for all residential decreased by 2.2 points, from 214.8 to 212.6, which represents a decrease of 1.04% in January 2020. Prices also decreased 6.02% y-o-y.

Dubai Residential Property Price Indices: Rental Price Indices

Dubai Residential Property Rental Price Index for all residential decreased by 0.6 points, from 73.0 to 72.4, which represents a decrease of 0.81% in January 2020. Prices also decreased 8.01% y-o-y.

Abu Dhabi Residential Property Price Indices: Sales Price Indices

Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index for all residential decreased by 0.8 points, from 79.1 to 78.3, which represents a decrease of 1.08% in January 2020. Prices also decreased 7.33% y-o-y.

Abu Dhabi Residential Property Price Indices: Rental Price Indices

Abu Dhabi Residential Property Rental Price Index for all residential decreased by 0.1 points, from 75.2 to 75.1, which represents a decrease of 0.20% in January 2020. Prices also decreased 5.41% y-o-y.

Ajman apartment sales prices registered an increase in January 2020. Prices increased 1.86% m-o-m and also increased 14.37% y-o-y.

Ras Al Khaimah apartment sales prices registered a decrease in January 2020. Prices decreased 1.71% m-o-m and also decreased 16.41% y-o-y.

Sharjah apartment sales prices registered an increase in January 2020. Prices increased 1.49% m-o-m but decreased 2.10% y-o-y.

Ajman, RAK, Sharjah Residential Property Rental Price Indices

Ajman apartment rent prices registered a decrease in January 2020. Prices decreased 1.16% m-o-m and also decreased 5.71% y-o-y.

Ras Al Khaimah apartment rent prices registered a decrease in January 2020. Prices decreased 0.36% m-o-m and also decreased 8.85% y-o-y.

Sharjah apartment rent prices registered a decrease in January 2020. Prices decreased 0.12% m-o-m and also decreased 5.71% y-o-y.
