United Arab Emirates Residential Property Price Report: August 2020 Results Edition: 141

Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 0.51 points, from 75.46 to 75.97, which represents an increase of 0.68% in August 2020. Prices decreased 6.55% y-o-y.

Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index decreased by 0.72 points, from 78.92 to 78.20, which represents a decrease of 0.91% in August 2020. Prices also decreased 8.61% y-o-y.

Abu Dhabi Residential Property Rent Price Index decreased by 0.28 points, from 74.00 to 73.72, which represents a decrease of 0.37% in August 2020. Prices also decreased 4.43% y-o-y.

Dubai Residential Property Rent Price Index decreased by 1.04 points, from 72.42 to 71.38, which represents a decrease of 1.43% in August 2020. Prices also decreased 12.31% y-o-y.
