Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 0.04 points, from 75.42 to 75.46, which represents an increase of 0.05% in July 2020. Prices decreased 6.84%
y-o-y.

Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index decreased by 0.59 points, from 79.51 to 78.92, which represents a decrease of 0.74% in July 2020. Prices also decreased 7.31%
y-o-y.

Abu Dhabi Residential Property Rent Price Index increased by 0.11 points, from 73.89 to 74.00, which represents an increase of 0.14% in July 2020. Prices decreased 4.26%
y-o-y.

Dubai Residential Property Rent Price Index decreased by 1.14 points, from 73.56 to 72.42, which represents a decrease of 1.56% in July 2020. Prices also decreased 11.20%
y-o-y.
